I was getting a ton of ads on instagram on these, and most of the time products you see on social media are overhyped. But honestly, I worse these while doing some very strenous hikes and they were comfortable and cool! I may even like them better for athletic things than the performance wool I usually wear. If they weren't as expensive I would be buying 10 more pairs lol! Do wish they rode up less - the size I ordered fits hips/waist/seat perfectly but rolls up on my legs a bit.
